How to choose a course
The fit is the best
As early as 2017, the Ministry of Education issued a document: "Suitable education" is the best education. "Appropriate education" is a student-centered education. "Suitable education" is suitable for students, so that every student can receive fair and quality education suitable for their own. "Suitable education" should be the students' knowledge, ability, quality and social role of the suitable, to train the all-round development of moral, intellectual, physical, American labor qualified builders and reliable successors. To make education suitable for students is to find differences, respect differences, and guide students to find their own growth path. We must continue to promote student-centered education and teaching reform, and strive to cultivate students' innovation, practical ability and social responsibility. "The right education" is the best education. Only "suitable education" can stimulate the inner intelligence of each unique individual, including interest, enthusiasm, faith and adherence, kindness, responsibility, ambition, normal heart, shame, and then develop and temper, and then blossom and grow into a talent.

The importance of setting goals
The benefits of setting goals are obvious to some, but others aren't quite sure why they're doing it. You might think that, as a student, you naturally want to finish school as quickly as possible. Already have the intention to succeed, do you need more specific goals? In fact, there's plenty of evidence that setting goals can help you succeed in many areas of your life. Goal setting can:
Make it easier to identify and reach important milestones. In addition to long-term goals, you can also set short-term goals, such as reading a chapter or completing an assignment.
Help you meet deadlines. As a student, you need to know the due dates for all assignments.
Maintain your sense of responsibility. When you set a goal, you are making a commitment to yourself. You can check your progress and, when needed, study harder to keep up.
How to set the right goals SMART (SMART is a combination of the first letter of these words, Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic/Relevant and Time Bound, meaning: Specific, measurable, achievable, realistic or relevant, time-bound) principles require that goals should be set:
1, specific (specific) The more specific the goal, the easier it is to focus on achieving it. For example, "I will study more" is a vague goal. "I study from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. every day" is a specific goal and gives a feasible plan.
- measurable. Another rule is measurable goals. "I'm going to do better" is not something you can actually measure. If you set a goal to improve your score by how much you study, then your goal is measurable.
- attainable (attainable) If you aim too high, you will be doomed to failure. For example, you now study two hours a week. If you aim to study ten hours a week, it's not realistic. You can increase your study time to three or four hours a week.
- There is a time-specific deadline. When studying, you need to manage your time and make sure your goals align with the term calendar and your other responsibilities.
In addition to setting goals using SMART principles, you should also set long-term goals and short-term goals. A long-term goal could be to find a job in your field of study. A short-term goal might be to finish a unit by 8 p.m. on Friday.
How do I make sure I reach my goals Setting goals is an essential first step towards success. But many people give up on their goals because of other distractions. Here are a few tips to help you stay focused on your goals:
Take action towards your goal. When you start taking action, you are reminding your brain to move towards your goal. Even small symbolic actions can help. For example, clean your desk so that you have a clean study environment and you will be more motivated.
Write down your goals. Research has found that when people write down their goals, they are a third more likely to succeed.
Set new goals when appropriate. Goals can change. You may find that you need to revise your goals as your experience increases. For example, you may need to adjust your study time to your grades. Of course, you shouldn't give up on goals just because they're difficult.
